Cross Country season!
The past fortnight has seen the two interschool junior cross country events held at the Rokeby Police Academy.
On 8 June the Catholic Primary School Cross Country was held with good numbers from ÃÈÃÃÉç attending on the student-free day, which was great.
Numbers were even better considering that staff had a compulsory Professional Development day at ÃÈÃÃÉç and students were taken and supervised by parents. Well done to all involved, we are proud of all your efforts on this day.
On Thursday 14 June, 64 athletes travelled with Mrs Joyce, Mr Fisher and Mrs Baker to the event and did the College proud with their running, cheering, laughter and sportsmanship.
ÃÈÃÃÉç was the host school for this huge event and special thanks to the ÃÈÃÃÉç workmen, Darren, Ian and Dave, volunteer, Jackie Allsopp, all of the HPE team and auxillary staff and the fantastic Year 9DPE class who were amazing.
ÃÈÃÃÉç was on show running this event and it is fair to say when DC staff and students are called to assist they come and get the job done. Well done to all involved.
